As it is known, learning, describing and researching the common
Turkish and dialectic features of dialects, which are the basis of the
national language, the source of the enrichment and development of the
literary language, is important not only for the knowledge of the Uzbek
dialect, but also for the comparative dialectology of the Turkic languages.
It has been repeatedly emphasized in the literature that Uzbek
dialects have a complex dialectal structure among Turkic languages.
Especially the Uzbek dialects outside the Republic of Uzbekistan are more
complex, unique and distinguished by their ties to various Turkic language
groups such as Karluk, Kipchak and Oghuz.
This article aims to study the relationship between the Oghuz
dialects of South Kazakhstan, which are part of the Uzbek language.
As it is known, almost the majority of Uzbeks in the Republic of
Kazakhstan live in the south of Kazakhstan - in the Turkestan region and
according to their language characteristics, the Uzbek language is divided
into Karluk, Kipchak and Oghuz dialects.
To determine the relationship between the dialects of South
Kazakhstan, such as Qarnoq, Iqon, Karabulaq, Mankent, Karamurt and
Kyzylkishloq, which are part of the Oghuz dialects, that is, to determine
their unique phonetic, morphological, lexical and semantic features, the
common aspects and specific characteristics of the Oghuz dialects of South
Kazakhstan with the Oghuz dialects of the Turkic language system are
discussed.
