Аннотация

The creation of bibliographic information has been an integral
and important area of the information provision process at all times. As
a field of activity, bibliography as the main decisive factor in the process
of information exchange between the document and the information
user is developing while maintaining its informative function even in
the modern era when the flow of documents is accelerating. From this
point of view, the history of creation and development characteristics
of bibliographic resources, which are one of the main forms of existence
of bibliographic information, always remain an object of research. The
position of the current bibliographic resources in the document-demand
system is characterized by the delivery of more innovative information
to users in a more prompt and efficient manner. The process of creating
current bibliographic samples in the Republic of Azerbaijan was created
by the activity of the Azerbaijan State Book Chamber, M.F. The National
Library named after Akhundov developed and reached its current level of
development. The article examines the process of creating current national
bibliographic resources in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and compares the
text and statistical indicators of existing bibliographic activity centers
